Your Catwalk subscription includes a range of perks and offers, including Free Next Day Delivery, Exclusive Catwalk Products and early access to our Exclusive Very Neko launches, collectibles and product drops!
We will always aim to offer next day delivery however some things are out of our control such as bank holidays and peak seasons. If there is any delay with your order the CatBum team will get in touch and resolve any issue.
It's £4.99/mo to join the Catwalk. Your account will be billed on the same day of every month from your subscription start date.
You don’t want to miss out on this, so we’ve made it quick and efficient to become a Catwalk VIP! It can take anywhere between 1- 8 hours for your membership to be approved. If it isn’t finalised within 24 hours, please get in touch with our customer services team!
