After Disneyland’s big reopening in April 2021 after many months of closure as a result of the pandemic, the world famous theme park is back and better than ever. Lunar New Year Festival – January 2022

Beginning on January 21st and running until February 13th, this festival celebrates the Lunar New Year and the traditions of Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese cultures. This multicultural event will have fun activities, culinary delights and of course special Disney character appearances!
“Celebrate Gospel!” – February 2022

This fan favorite is back for another year running. In celebration of Black History Month the “Celebrate Gospel” is a musical event that features live choir performances throughout February.
Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite – February 2022

Disney, love and a pinch of fairy dust! It doesn’t get more romantic than this. This after hours bash takes place over 5 different nights throughout February. Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival – March 2022

Disney’s Food and Wine Festival is back and it’s better than ever! Returning to Disneyland California Adventure Park on March 4th, and running until April 26th. There will be dozens of marketplace kiosks set up throughout the park offering a wide range of food and drink options for all. The festival showcases delicious fare, vibrant entertainment, merchandise and even time with Chef Goofy.
Tale of the Lion King – Spring 2022

The “Tale of the Lion King” is an imaginative adaptation of Disney’s “The Lion King”. It will be taking over the Fantasyland Theatre in Spring 2022. This engaging event has been brought to life by the Storytellers of the Pride Lands. A group of travelling performers who present Simba’s timeless journey into a live music and dance show.
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite – May 2022

May the 4th be with you. Get ready to jump into hyperspace as Disneyland After Dark presents Star Wars after-hours parties on May 3, May 4 and May 27, 2022!
